The dining room staff stood out with their excellent service, being both friendly and accommodating during my stay. The food served was consistently hot and fresh, making meals enjoyable.

I specifically requested a high floor room for the view, but I ended up staring at a wall.

The room was nice and spacious. The king-sized bed was super comfy, and I really liked the chair with the foot stool. It was clean, which is a huge plus. I did end up facing a wall from my lower floor room—so that was a bummer. But overall, not too bad!

During my three-night stay, I was thrilled by the proximity to Pecan Grove Memorial Park, almost 2 km away, perfect for leisurely strolls and enjoying nature, and the charming Museum McKinney, just a short distance at about 2.5 km, which was great for exploring local history and art. The room was spacious and comfortable for my solo adventures, although the dining options could see some improvements.

The hotel staff was super friendly and helpful. Just a heads up, there’s no fridge or microwave in the room, so keep that in mind for food storage.

One downside was the lack of a refrigerator in the room, which made it tough for us to keep our snacks. We expected at least the basics in a hotel like this.
